The architect designed house was built with a specific brief for a special yet pragmatic home that everyone can enjoy.
The living areas are expansive, breezy modern and comfortable starting with an extended covered front deck facing the water. The sliding doors of the main living area and master bedroom open to mother nature at her best. Morning meditations on the deck, afternoon teas or evening drinks as the sun sets are all on offer.

3 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom has a double sized Murphy bed.

Bedroom 5 is the perfect teenager and kids retreat complete with four bunkbeds

There are three bathrooms including three showers, one small kid shower and one large sunken bath.
The main bathroom has a sunken bath and large shower.
The rear deck and backyard
The back decking offers a covered TV viewing area with a 6 burner Weber BBQ and Gozney pizza oven, opening out to a landscaped garden.
